Warranty Replacement

Globalselox.com offers a standard 2-year warranty on its products from the date of delivery. Customers may also extend the warranty to 3 years by purchasing a warranty extension. If an electrical component is found to be defective during the warranty period, a free replacement will be provided.

Conditions for Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage to the product.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Defects caused by improper, incorrect, or negligent use of the product.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, follow these steps:

  • An automated email will provide further details on how to proceed.

3. Provide Evidence

  • Reply to the email with a video clearly showing the defect (e.g., product in use, charging, or connected).

  • If the defect cannot be demonstrated via video, you may be asked to return the product for a technical inspection.

Shipping for Technical Inspection

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Shipping Method: Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted. A trackable shipping service is recommended to ensure safe delivery to our warehouse.
