At globalselox.com, operated by FOPE SPA, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the product without needing to provide a reason.

2. Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, and preferably in its original packaging.

  • The product must not show excessive use or damage. Globalselox.com reserves the right to reduce the refund amount in case of depreciation.

3. Withdrawal Procedure

    • Order number

    • Reason for return (optional)

  2. You will receive a return code via email. Clearly mark this code on the package along with your details.

  3. Ensure the product meets all return conditions before shipping it back.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • The refunded amount includes the product price and, if applicable, the standard shipping cost paid at purchase.

  • Perishable goods or products with a short expiration date.
